• Develop talent pipelines and use AI/analytics to improve hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in tech/engineering.
• Comfort using AI tools and automation to boost speed, quality, and experience.
• Systems thinker: connect infrastructure, process, and data across recruiting tools.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Greenhouse ATS and scheduling tools.
