Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and share insights with executives.
Identify and drive business improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in a high-growth business.
Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume go-to-market searches.
Expert knowledge of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape in India.
Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
Ability to build talent strategy with hiring managers and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Experience hiring across multiple APAC countries (nice to have).
