🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate research, or a similar talent
• An active LinkedIn Recruiter seat or license is required to support sourcing activities and access
• Experience sourcing candidates for US-based roles, with an understanding of the US recruitment
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally, conduct
• Strong research and sourcing skills, including the ability to identify qualified candidates through
