Recruiter (6 month contract)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles from sourcing to closing.
• Source and screen high-quality candidates.
• Build a strong pipeline of passive and active talent.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and people ops to align needs.
• Use data/market insights to inform outreach and improve sourcing.
• Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-fill niche roles in ops or risk/compliance.
• Deep familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem) and CRM/ATS.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for talent and belief in great candidate experience.
