📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Business and Go-to-Market teams
• Partner with stakeholders and executives across global teams, focusing on EMEA
• Source and build a healthy pipeline while managing inbound candidates
• Use data to shape hiring strategy and share insights with partners
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive talent (outreach, events)
• Champion Figma values in all hiring activities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, EMEA-focused roles with VP-level partners
• Demonstrated understanding of SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with audience-adaptive style
• Demonstrated ability to engage and excite top talent with a track record of enthusiasm
• Strategic hiring approach including sourcing, talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement
• Native or fluent in French
