Deliver white-glove candidate experience and communications
Create and execute active and passive sourcing strategies at volume
Post to relevant job boards and LinkedIn to attract candidates
Maintain candidate pipelines in Greenhouse and track offers in Worksuite
Build relationships with Expert Network members to keep them engaged

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
Experience recruiting at high volume
Tech recruiting experience a plus
Proficiency with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus)
Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve workflows
High degree of attention to detail and strong communication/relationship-building skills
