📋 Description

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across multiple departments
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers on strategy, role scoping, and interviews
• Manage multiple requisitions with timelines and attention to detail
• Conduct initial interviews to assess fit, skills, and Squatch values
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders for a smooth process
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and networks to attract diverse candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in-house
• Experience with consumer products, DTC, or ecommerce brand preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience recruiting across marketing, sales, product, operations
• Exceptionally organized; manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Strong communicator with hiring managers and leaders
