📋 Description

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for a variety of technical, engineering, facilities, and
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop recruiting strategies
• Source and proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards
• Conduct initial phone screens of candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, interview
• Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or other specialized positions
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical
