Recruiter

📋 Description

• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via a variety of communication
• To collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off and early attrition
• Take full ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage.
• Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with all active candidates throughout the recruitment
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets as defined by the Recruitment Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English language proficiency
• Fluency in any other EU language(s) would be considered an asset
• 2 to 4 years of experience working within the recruitment sector
• Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
