Conducts background checks and drug screens per FCRA and SOW.
Uses ATS tools like Taleo and performs admin tasks to hire quality candidates quickly.
Develops networks to identify qualified candidates via social media, events, and partnerships.
Collaborates with Recruiting/HR Manager to select advertising channels.
Attends career fairs and open houses, setting up displays to attract candidates.
