📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to shape search strategy and job descriptions
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for GTM roles in India
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive talent
• Drive candidate generation via outbound sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
• Lead debriefs and offer coordination with approvers
• Use data/market insights to influence hiring strategy and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years full life-cycle recruiting; 1+ year GTM focus
• 2+ years in-house recruitment
• Sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, market research
• Proven success recruiting across India; regional experience a plus
• Manage multiple requisitions; fast-paced, changing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
