🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably high-volume or startup.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to offer.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building across channels.
• Sales-oriented recruiting mindset with strong follow-up and relationships.
• Ability to work quickly, prioritize, and manage multiple roles.
• Experience with ATS and tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Workable, Ashby or similar.
