• Full accountability for the end-to-end hiring cycle in Czechia and Poland, managing everything from

• Comprehensive screening and evaluation of candidates based on technical expertise and core
• Coordinating all interview scheduling across panels & management participants.
• Leading offer negotiations, utilising market data to ensure packages remain competitive and

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience working as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter within the technology or IT services
• Proven experience recruiting across Czechia and Poland, with strong knowledge of both local talent
• Demonstrable experience recruiting technical roles such as Software Engineering, QA, DevOps
• Excellent understanding of local salary expectations, candidate availability and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise
