📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles — intake, sourcing, screening, interview
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring plans, and set realistic
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and
• Guide hiring managers and interview panels on structured interviewing and consistent, bias-aware
• Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the process, keeping candidates informed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency.
• Proven track record of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-generation skills, including passive candidate outreach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience advising hiring managers on structured, consistent interview practices.
