🎯 Requirements

2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth tech startup.
Experience sourcing and closing candidates, from junior to senior positions.
Experience across functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Service Delivery.
Experience working in multiple markets across Latam.
Partners with Hiring Managers to understand business needs.
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment with focus on candidate experience.
