🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume hiring in healthcare or hyper-scaling startup
• Proven success delivering results via high-volume sourcing of active and passive candidates
• Experience proactively sourcing and closing candidates
• Resilient and thrives in changing environments
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and organizational skills
