📋 Description

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, university networks, and job boards.
• Conduct outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate the hiring process, including interview scheduling and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain ATS with candidate information and interview feedback.
• Administer and evaluate candidate assessments as part of the process.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines with long-term availability.
• Entry-level or early-career; open to graduates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
