🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing)
• Proven ability to flex into technical recruiting, with an aptitude for hiring hardware
• Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the talent acquisition
• Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative
• An aptitude for learning the intricacies of new industries, dynamic technologies, and the diverse
• Proven track record of delivering results and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
