📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and set expectations
• Run thoughtful candidate screens and provide clear recommendations
• Manage interview loops and ensure timely feedback
• Guide offer and closing conversations
• Build targeted outbound pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and other sourcing methods

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience at fast-growing startups
• Track record of owning searches and building process in fast-moving environments
• Strong sourcing foundation with research and outreach skills
• Curiosity to learn unfamiliar roles and functions
• Ability to understand candidate motivations and build trust
• Clear, thoughtful communication skills
