• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including ATS admin.
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for a positive experience.
• Support high-volume recruiting and ATS improvements.
• Fully remote role with EST hours (9–5).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting or HR.
• Experience managing ATS.
• Experience importing and organizing data in ATS.
• Experience screening candidates and outbound calls.
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment pipelines.
• High-volume recruiting experience; strong CRM skills (Salesforce/HubSpot).
