• Partner with hiring managers across commercial teams to understand role requirements and define
• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all commercial roles.
• Source and engage top talent across finance, fintech, banking, advisory and clean energy markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for revenue-generating and client-facing roles.
• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience that reflects Crux’s brand and values.
• Analyze and report recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve efficiency.
