Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions using
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
• Support recruiting across a range of functions as business needs evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Strong ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
