Recruiter - Contract Position

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse with clean pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and feedback.
• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Use AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows; leverage Nova ecosystem.
• Ensure a fast, positive candidate experience from first touch to close.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on ATS experience; Greenhouse strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and managers
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools
