🎯 Requirements

3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
ATS experience; Greenhouse strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple open roles with attention to detail
Strong communicator; builds trust with candidates and hiring managers
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
