📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse with clean pipeline hygiene
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles
• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter for diverse pipelines
• Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience
• Employ AI technologies to optimize recruiting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse preferred
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing momentum
• Strong communicator; build trust with candidates and hiring managers
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse sourcing
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools
