Recruiter - Contract Position

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse with accurate records and clean pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and positive experience.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing momentum.
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
