🎯 Requirements

3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
ATS experience; Greenhouse strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Strong communicator with candidates and hiring managers
Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse sourcing
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools
