📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple organizations, with focus on Deeptune
• Partner with managers to translate needs into search strategies
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor’s product
• Coach interviewers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene
• Operationalize hiring systems; track funnel metrics
• Drive speed and quality: same-day debriefs, fast offers, strong candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles
• Ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify metrics, data-driven decisions
• Strong communication; collaborate with General Managers and leadership
• Familiarity with a range of roles, emphasis on GTM, Strategy, Operations; technical roles such as
• Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt recruiting tools
• Nice to have: founding recruiter experience or early-stage startup background
