📋 Description

• Run full recruiting cycle for roles across Europe (Engineering, G&A, Sales, Operations)
• Source passive candidates and track data to optimize ROI
• Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements at scale
• Collaborate with local leaders and a recruiting team to grow the region
• Partner with Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to attract and close top talent
• Regularly share candidate pipelines and funnel metrics with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting; in-house essential; agency a plus
• Experience sourcing for sales, engineering and corporate roles; logistics a plus
• Experienced with Greenhouse/CRMs; LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong relationship management with candidates, interviewers, and leaders
• Driven to deliver top talent end-to-end
• Experience recruiting across multiple European countries a plus
