📋 Description

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process for all levels.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across teams and geographies.
• Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at the top of the funnel.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations to plan hiring.
• Influence leaders and educate hiring managers on process and interviews.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7+ years full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume, general admin roles is a plus.
• Track record for identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with adaptability and growth mindset.
