Recruiter – Engineering & Support Services Hiring

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Handle hiring for Engineering roles such as Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Engineering
• Manage volume hiring for Support Services roles including Technical Support, Service Desk, NOC
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering hiring.
• Experience handling Support Services or volume hiring requirements.
• Proven track record of independently managing multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience working in IT Services, Product Engineering, GCC, or Technology organizations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
