📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise Human Data roles
• Partner with leadership to map hiring needs and scale from 10 to 100+
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound and talent intelligence
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene
• Operationalize hiring systems and track key funnel metrics
• Drive speed and quality: same-day debriefs, fast offers, great candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles
• Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems with metrics
• Strong communication with GMs, account leads and internal leadership
• Familiarity with commercial and technical (engineering, applied AI) hiring
• Comfortable with six days a week, long hours, based in SF or NYC
• Familiarity with Ashby or ability to learn quickly
