🎯 Requirements

• Min Experience: 4+ years
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring
• Proven ability to manage recruitment requirements in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview
• Strong stakeholder partnering and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, prioritization, and capacity management abilities.
