📋 Description

• End-to-end recruiting across multiple markets (sales, marketing, customer success, and more).
• Partner with hiring managers to shape the hiring process and candidate experience.
• Build diverse pipelines and advocate inclusive hiring.
• Support onboarding to maintain a strong candidate-to-employee experience.
• Keep ATS (Ashby) clean and reliable; ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to talent projects like EVP, careers site, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• GTM lens: ability to assess for sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
• High agency: proactive and decisive, even with ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Care for candidate experience and employer brand.
• Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment; startup/tech experience a plus.
