📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels (entry to senior).
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for Airbnb's needs.
• Develop engagement strategies to build candidate relationships.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across foundation teams and geographies with DEI.
• Build and nurture talent communities for future requisitions across foundation teams and geographies with DEI.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process and interview best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record building trust with leaders.
• Strong consulting skills to influence stakeholders.
• Interpret business challenges and apply market insights.
• Exceptional communication and professional judgment.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
