🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years full-cycle recruiting in G&A functions, focus on Policy
• Experience recruiting in UK and European market
• Strong stakeholder partnership with hiring managers
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building new processes
• Maintain quality under volume pressure
• Self-starter with autonomy and alignment to strategy
