• Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Legal, and People across APAC from intake to close.
• Partner with senior G&A leaders to scope roles and design search strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates across Finance, Legal, and People.
• Run structured, rigorous, candidate-centric processes that uphold our hiring standards.
• Advise hiring managers with data and market insight, influencing decisions through trust.
• Collaborate to structure competitive, equitable offers and close candidates.

• Track record of closing senior and specialized G&A talent in competitive markets
• Strong knowledge of APAC talent landscape, with Singapore hiring experience
• Excellent stakeholder management; build trust with senior leaders
• Judgment on calibration and candidate quality with minimal oversight
• Clear communication, strong organization, bias toward action
• Comfort with ambiguity; help build process in a growing region
