📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates to fill roles quickly and cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to shape sourcing plans.
• Analyze job requirements and tailor sourcing to client specs.
• Use direct sourcing, job portals, internal databases, and networking to identify candidates.
• Pre-screen and qualify candidates by skills, culture, and motivation.
• Proactively build talent pools aligned with client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; undergrads must provide marks; no backlog.
• 0-1 year in recruitment for manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, or facility mgmt (preferred).
• 0-1 year experience in customer support, sales, or non-IT recruiting.
• 60%+ average across 10th/12th/UG.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to recruit with urgency and work outside standard hours.
