📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies focusing on passive candidates to fill roles timely and
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to refine sourcing strategy.
• Identify talent meeting client requirements and build candidate pools.
• Source profiles via portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure quality and fit, maintaining timely updates on interactions.
• Proactively pipeline talent in line with client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with no active backlogs for recent graduates.
• 0–1 year recruitment experience in Health Care, E-Commerce, Insurance, Banking, or IT (preferred).
• 0–1 year experience in customer support, sales, or recruitment.
• Academic marks: 60%+ in 10th, 12th, and UG.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Ability to recruit with urgency and work outside typical office hours when needed.
