📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and broader GTM roles across EMEA, with a focus on London
• Run intake sessions that scope the role, calibrate the bar, and challenge hiring managers where
• Screen candidates against the JD with enough technical judgment to separate strong from merely
• Source and engage active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines in
• Run structured, rigorous and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic's hiring
• Work with the broader Talent team, People Partners and Compensation to structure offers and guide

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing strong candidates in
• Demonstrated experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in the UK and European markets
• Strong stakeholder partnership: you build trust quickly with senior hiring managers in fast-moving
• Willingness and ability to build technical depth quickly enough to run credible intake sessions and
• Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure and manage multiple searches at once
• Comfort with ambiguity and with building something new rather than running an established playbook
