Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via multiple methods.
Take ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer.
Set up and attend recruitment meetings and interviews.
Maintain timely follow-up with active candidates through the process.
Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline targets as defined.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and adapt approach independently.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English language proficiency
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment
Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Experience using social media for recruitment
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks across active pipelines
