Be fully involved in recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via multiple methods.
Collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off.
Take ownership of assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer.
Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews.
Maintain timely follow-up with all active candidates throughout the process.
Meet daily outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English language proficiency
Fluency in any other EU language would be asset
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment
Very good understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience using social media for recruitment and business development
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
