📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and hire top GTM talent (Post-Sales focus)
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer
• Partner with hiring managers on needs to implement TA strategies
• Screen candidates and lead debriefs to identify best fits
• Track recruiting metrics using dashboards to improve candidate flow
• Mentor recruiting teammates to develop the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Manage projects amid competing demands
• Strategic/analytical mindset with recruiting metrics
