Recruiter II - Contract Role

📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and hire top GTM talent (post-sales focus)
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer
• Partner with hiring managers on needs and priorities
• Screen candidates and facilitate debriefs to identify best fit
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness with data analytics and dashboards
• Mentor and guide recruiting team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize recruiting flow
• Strategic, analytical mindset with metrics-driven problem solving
• Bonus: Greenhouse ATS experience; SaaS/Cloud industry a plus
