• Source, recruit, and hire top GTM talent, focusing on Post-Sales teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers on needs and implement top talent strategies.
• Screen candidates and lead debrief sessions to identify best fit.
• Monitor recruiting impact with data analysis and dashboards.
• Mentor recruiting peers to develop the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workflow
• Strategic, analytical mindset with data-driven reporting
• Bonus: Greenhouse ATS; SaaS/Cloud industry experience
