  • Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to align needs and implement talent strategies
  • Screen candidates and facilitate debriefs to identify top talent
  • Monitor recruiting performance via data analysis and dashboards
  • Leverage trends and data to improve employer brand and scale recruiting

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize talent flow amid competing demands
  • Strategic/analytical mindset with track record of reporting metrics and shaping recruiting plans
  • Bonus: Experience with Greenhouse ATS
