🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Familiarity with India's recruiting landscape and compensation trends
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
• Experience using an ATS; Ashby is a plus
• Experience hiring for consulting, technology, or professional services
• Excellent organizational skills and English communication
