• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA—from intake through
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive
• Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring
• Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
