📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to map markets, sourcing strategy, and closing.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies across EMEA and other regions.
• Develop regional talent maps, networks, and candidate communities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with TRM's standards.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy.

• 5+ years of recruiting, with international hiring in high-growth tech.
• Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA markets; adapt search by region and function.
• Strong fundamentals: market mapping, talent intelligence, passive engagement, closing.
• Ability to understand complex roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, ops.
• Operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment with overlapping hours.
