🎯 Requirements

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
2-5 years experience as an Account Manager/Job Developer, working with justice-involved individuals
Ability to build strong relationships with employers committed to supporting justice-involved
Familiarity with legal issues related to employment for justice-involved individuals (e.g.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local, state, and federal resources for justice-involved individuals
